Perinatal Mental Health Services

Perinatal mental health concerns are defined as coping difficulty during pregnancy or in the first year following the birth of a child.  Disruption in positive mental health affects up to 20% of new and expectant mothers and families and covers a wide range of conditions including:

  • Postpartum depression
  • Postpartum anxiety
  • Postpartum OCD
  • Pregnancy related trauma
  • Relationship and adjustment concerns

Mandy Herberholz is one of a limited number of providers in ND that is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and is the leader of our perinatal mental health division of Soul Survivor therapy services.
